Nevada Corporate Headquarters interview questions

The human resource person was friendly and responsive. I had an interview with the manager of the position. We had a good conversation. It was not an interview at all. I was asking all the questions. He made it so certain that I was going to be passed onto the second interview. At the end, they did not move me forward. I do not think this company knows how to hire people, gives them false hope and will tell you one thing but turns out to be something totally different. Also, they do not have an idea on how many interview rounds a candidate has to go through.
