Typical interview process where everything was typically typical with typical questions that required typical answers. Nothing was atypical about this typical interview process, which in itself I thought was very typical.

1) Technical phone screen with hiring manager
2) Non-technical phone screen with recruiter discussing benefits
3) 1-hour pair programming exercise on-site.
4) 6-hour on-site with various members on the team, ranging from technical to culture.
