2 steps+test, quite positive impression. First step is with IT recruitment lead and the second part with the founder. After first step there is a test with 5 practical cases, takes about 2 h to do.

Very standard questions about experience and expectations
Meeting was appointed in advance with all standard procedures, in time started, went in a friendly style. I was given my time to introduce myself and got really aprehensive understanding of company's structer and processes. I had no experience yet in this field, was interviewed for junior position, but was treated as if I was senior. I liked it.
