HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! The illiterate admin person called me for the face to face interview the next day. I had specifically told her about my CTC and had forwarded my work as well. In the face to face round, the HR asked me all silly questions about my work. That was all fine. She sent me away saying they will fwd me an assignment to judge my skills. Dude, why cant you do that on the spot? I left the place and kept following p with them to send the test. The admin girl stopped receiving my call. When I called on landline, the HR (who interviewed me) promised me to send the assignment in 15 minutes. And it never came...I kept writing emails, kept calling the mobile number, but nobody answered. IS IS HOW THEY SAY NO TO THE CANDIDATE. Atleast have the guts to say NO instead of calling the candidate that far and then play games.
Perhaps this is what they do to all candidates. The admin girl's job is to call candidates randomly. They should do a phone screening round to be fair to both.
