Do not waste your time with this company. The process is long and exhausting and the communication was very poor. After my initial call with the recruiter I was told I was shortlisted for the next stage which was a presentation interview. It took over a week to book in the next stage in which time I did not know whether I should be investing my time in putting together a presentation. After constant chasing and eventually getting through to someone in Malaga an interview was arranged. On the day of the interview the interviewer was 15 min late because she had no idea of it being in her diary. I spent so much time and effort in what I thought was a decent presentation. In the end I got a generic rejection email with no detailed feedback, after all the time and effort I had invested I was upset and disappointed. I followed up with an email asking for a reason why I was rejected but never heard back. The company clearly has no standards and ethics, I dread to think how they treat other candidates. Avoid at all costs! Do not waste your time
