Nexdigm interview questions

The hiring manager, Harsh Mittal, had a video interview with me, then called me to the office, had a second round of skills interview + information gathering session on my previous companies, Had me create 5 different type of case studies then told me that the boxes seemed off so we are considering another candidate and if it does not work out, we will reach back to you again and then ghosted without any content based feedback on the case studies. The process wasted around 7 working days and since then, I have been approached twice for the same role by various recruitment agencies. Either they haven't actually hired anybody or the people aren't sticking around. They are also placing their budget limitations as candidate responsibility to work extra and find work arounds.
