Interview
Decent first contact, unusual choice if panel for secondary interviews.
Appalling after that, don't mind a knock back but should be via phone call (if interviewed) and when asked for feedback, was told they'd gone with another candidate.
Quite simply they shouldn't be doing that job if they can't manage these conversations.

It was a quick process. Had opportunities to meet key stakeholders that you'll be working with day to day. It was a mix of phone screen and face to face meetings.
