Nextweb Technologies interview questions

This company has listed on top of my worst interviews. They call you for interview and follow up till salary discussion and then later offer you a lesser salary than you earn at present. Also the company's seniors are only flaunting that it's an international company however their budget to pay salary is below the belt.
