Applied through company's Breezy software. Two weeks later was emailed by two separate individuals from Nightingale requesting I submit a detailed questionnaire that served basically as a one-way HR screening. Each questionnaire was different yet there was overlap among the questions. When I emailed back to inquire about the confusion, the response was terse and didn't acknowledge the valid confusion an applicant would have over being asked to do two similar but not identical questionnaires from two separate employees. Definitely a red flag for me in terms of the poorly executed recruiting as well as the defensive response to my inquiry.
Silence for a full month and then a rejection email.

Ghosted after call with recruiter. Do better, people! You cannot expect people to believe your hype about culture, caring about each person, and teamwork when when basic, common manners are absent.
