Hiring process very fast, when you are invited to the orientation, you are basically ‘hired’ already. The sales part almost feels like a pyramid scheme as they talk about up and down lines. Up lines earning a portion from the down lines. People are friendly and easy to talk to. But everyone seem to make this job sound very easy.
