Initially called by the recruiter who asked for a one on one with her and a company VP. The job was to lead a proposal effort with myself as the contingency PM if we were successful.

Interview
It was okay, not that intense. If you snapshot your skills the outcome should not be a problem.
Do not hesitate to ask relevant questions such as what project would you be working on, and what optional year is the contract in. Interview process is not complicated if you have relevant federal experience.
