The first round will be a phone interview during which I briefly introduced my current project, and some basic technical questions were asked. They also checked my skill sets. After phone interview passed, I was invited to on-site f-2f interview, during which I took an exam, and have a presentation about my current work / projects. and finally some tech questions, mostly about telecom and c/c++ programming...

Interview process is good. Got information well in advance through consultancy. 1st technical round which lasted for 30 mins. 2nd round is Management round. 3rd round is HR about Salary negotiation and Background
