I applied online. I interviewed at Nokia (Murray Hill, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
Quick phone interview. They like to see that you are a local person. They understand that flying someone from far is a headache due to complications. If you are close by you have a high chance.
One interview about my research, then asked me some questions about my research. It was very straightforward, no coding questions or brain teasers. This was for a research internship position for a specific project.
2 interviews: technical and behavioral.
Technical is fairly easy. As long as you know how to code and how to think, it's not a problem. Knowledge about data structures and software development life cycle may help.
Behavioral can easily be winged. It's not something I can give advices on, it's entirely up to you and your personality.
