Initially had a phone interview which lasted for an hour, general questions on my profile and six sigma, ISO, people management etc. Then had a round of one on one interview on site general question about my experience. They were looking for some one from real HR experience which I didn’t have so I was put on hold. Later I received a call saying my profile does not fit this JD but will keep my profile as they were looking foward for new opening more suitable to my profile. I followed up a month later and found out the the HR person who spoke to me had quit :(
