Conversation with HR and a Technical person. The interview process was not for the role that the company mentioned on the job offer. Misaligned with the role. expecting a senior software developer.

Product Owner BSS Charging System
Got interview in nokia for India location via online application in nokia website which itself a suprise for me.
First round is technical discussion conducted by a single member questions about projects mentioned in CV then on telecom BSS online charging concepts, protocols, call flows and related infrastructure. Questions also about charging OS software(linux) , application sw and database architecture. Interview went for 50 mins. Whole technical interview assessed on our Solutioning and design level knowledge
Second round is manager discussion conducted by the reporting manager again questions on projects handled and current job profile. Then he explained about the expectations of the position and job profile . He itself confirmed that I am shortlisted and HR will contact to proceed further
Salary discussion with HR went for 2 rounds with 3 days interval . Since I didnt accepted the initial proposal HR person came back with incremented package and higher job stage of JG9. Then I accepted the offer.
The whole process upto offer release is straight and short process took 2 weeks time
