I had a very positive interview experience with this company! Both Dr. Noll and the Practice Manager, Rebecca Chamberlin were very friendly and welcoming during the interview. Rebecca did most of the interviewing however Dr. Noll sat and also observed and jumped in to answer any questions or clarifications I had. He seems tremendously friendly and like a great person to have as a boss as well as Rebecca who also seems like she will be a wonderful manager. This is the first interview I’ve had where I felt welcomed and very natural with the employers. They value hard workers and are a small animal hospital so it is crucial for them to have reliable and trustworthy employees. Additionally this was one of the first interviews I have had where many questions were asked and they definitely aim to gauge each person’s abilities and personality as they interview. I greatly appreciated all of the questions they asked and even if I hesitated on some they were patient for my reply. Out of all of my interview experiences this has been the best one I’ve had so far, and I genuinely mean that. I look forward to working for this company!
