Interview
The process consisted of two main rounds: an operations/technical round and an HR round.
In the first round, the interviewer focused on my understanding of freight forwarding processes, including import and export documentation, shipment tracking, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures. I was asked questions like how to handle delays in shipments, what documents are required for international air and sea freight, and how I would coordinate with carriers and customs brokers in case of issues.

Interview
Had one on one job interview with a manager, the conversation left a nice impression. It lasted for about 40 min and was a little bit less formal than i expected (which is not a con). I got to know everything i needed about the job and got to tell about myself. It wasn't stressfull at all.
