Nordstrom Backend Software Engineer interview questions

The first call was a 30 minute discussion with the manager of the engineering team. We dove into my background and he asked some more detailed behavioral questions as well as questions about my technical skills. Then I did a 1 hour call with the lead of the team as well as a senior engineer on the team. They went in-depth about my previous work experiences and projects as well as questions about fundamentals of object oriented programming. I had 20 minutes for a coding question at the end which was pretty easy and straightforward.
