First I met with a department manager and had a standard interview. The following week I had to do a demo on a client for the account coordinator and that was followed by another 1:1 interview with her. The department manager called me the next day and offered me the job

Question 1
How do you feel leading a group of people who have worked for this line longer than you? What would you bring that one of them wouldn't be able to?
I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
