I was given a phone screen which lasted 30 minutes and the interviewer was late for which was disappointing since I had to give up half my lunch break for this interview. Once she got on the phone she seemed distracted and not even interested in anything I had to say. Two days later, I receive a rejection letter stating that I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback and was told that "the candidate pool" was too high. Ok, then why even bother wasting my time? Ridiculous. The interview process speaks for itself on how this company operates!
