Applied online. Received email in a few days to set up phone screen. This took 2 weeks because every time I logged on to set it up, there were no available dates. Went in for interview with HR and dept manager a few days after phone interview.

None-all general sales questions regarding quotas, etc. Easy if you have every had a sales job
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
