Interview
I applied about a month before getting a phone interview. I did the phone call, and after, we scheduled for an in person interview for about a week later. The interview consisted of 2 interviewers, and each one interviewed another person and I in rounds. The next day, i was called by the recruiter telling me i got the job.
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
