The interview was an hour long. Basic questions were asked. The store manager was very kind and made the conversation flow naturally. The hiring process took 1 week with the interview and the offer.

Tell me about one situation in your life where you went an extra mile for a customer .
Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.

Great job love the manager made it through college highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fun work environment front of house of best but I always helped out on the floor to get to know the others
