Submitted application and called HR to show them I was interested. Got an email asking for a phone screen. Did a phone interview the next day and asked to do a face to face interview. Went in to meet with the HR manager and she asked basic questions, pretty much the same questions she asked over the phone. Then had an interview with the department manager

What would you do if a customer was unhappy with the service being provided?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
