I applied online and about a week later got an email for a phone interview. The woman who interviewed me seemed disinterested and a little snobbish, which I found odd. In an interview you would think that they would try and sell their company to the person wanting to work. The questions for the most part were pretty standard and blase.

What is the most difficult challenge you have overcome lately?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
