Interview
The application took a while due to the questionnaire. If your application is accepted, you will schedule a phone interview where they ask basic questions about your past work experience, availability, etc. Then you will come in and have an interview with somebody from HR followed by the manager of the department that they see you working well in. There are no unexpected questions.

Be prepared to sell your interviewer something on the floor.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
