I applied online and was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. A few weeks later, I was contacted to set up a time for a Skype Interview. Two days after the Skype interview, they called and offered me the position

Interview
I applied online and to my surprise I received a phone call about my application almost 2 months later! My first interview was with HR, and the second interview was with the hiring manager. Both interviews were conducted over the phone. The hiring process went quickly once initiated, although one of my interviews had to be rescheduled at the last minute.
