I applied at the website of nordstroms and then the next day I received an email to sign up for a phone interview. When I went to sign up, the link did not work so I went in to the store I applied for and told them this, they gave me the number for human resources, I called them, they sent me a new email, and there I had it, a phone interview.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
