Interview
You meet with various department managers and try to sell yourself to whatever department you want to work in. They ask you questions like, how do cross sell merchandise, how do you deal with negative people, are you available every weekend? Then you get a call within a couple days with a job offer.
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Talk about a previous great experience you gave to a customer
Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.

Applied online. Got an email about a week later. Went in to a Seasonal Hiring Event. Interviewed with a manager. Most questions were situational questions. Very easy process. Offererred position on the spot.
