Interview
I applied online and was called 1 or 2 days later, asking if I wanted an interview. The interview was pretty casual but very head-on to the job description. It was roughly 20-30 minutes long. Mostly we talked about what the basic description of the job and talked a little about previous work experiences. The interviewer also asked about your availability towards the end of the interview. Towards the end, the interviewer also gave me the chance to ask any questions if there were any. Overall, it was casual and straight forward.
The interview was straightforward. I spoke 3 different managers. All of them showed up on time and proceeded to ask questions that actually applied to the role. I was there roughly an hour answer questions, in addition to taking a walk around the store.
