A very straightforward and typical process. First, a bit of small talk and then a set of standardized questions. The end involved coordinating a few outfits based on the company's photo directive.

It was an easy experience. I went in early before the store was open. I had to pull together looks for three mannequins. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager.

very straight forward and simple. Want to make sure you understand visual merchandising and is comfortable with using basic tools. Be prepared to do a mock styling based on a trend given to you.
Standard merchandising question, what does merchandising mean to you, Who are your favorite retailers and what stands out to you the most about them? Then an outfit pull and that is it.
