Online Hirevue questions in the video, then two weeks later or so, I was at Nordstrom interviewing in Chicago. I stopped the interview when I asked about benefits and that they don't kick in for 725 HOURS... full-time. Do the math. That is 18+ weeks to 22+ weeks, depending on 40 or as low as 32 hours per week. (4.5 minimum MONTHS to wait to start HEALTH INSURANCE!) The pay rate was $16.25 an hour, but your commission is 8% to start with a max of 9%. It's NOT on top of it; if you exceed the equal of $16.25, then you lose your pay rate and switch to just the commission. That sucks.

Tell me a time you made a client happy. The questions were basically the exact same ones asked on Hirevue, which was really kind of a waste of time.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
