Both interviews were done via Teams. First interview was easy. Second interview was very rigorous but expected for the role. Interviewers were professional and gave great feedback. No complaints at all.

Interview process was straight forward and pleasant. No follow through on the part of HR who failed to deliver on their promise to contact candidates following interviews to deliver feedback. Left candidates such as myself hanging with no closure. HR provided me with a timeline in which they would follow up with the final decision and never did. This reflects on the organization poorly, and made what should have been a streamlined, simple process unduly long and unsettling.
