The interview process involved only 1 interview. It was a typical forty five minute behavioral interview. The interview seemed to be more of a test to see if I would fit in with the company. No technical questions were asked.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.
