I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Bellevue, NE)
Interview
Applied through the company website and received an email from a recruiter just a few days later. Had one in-person interview that had hardly any technical questions; mostly just asking about projects I had worked on and how I felt about them. Honestly, no real curveball questions to speak of.

They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Interview
Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
