I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Straight-forward, two-person panel interveiw using a checklist.
I was unable to answer one question rearding how the company specifically performed an industry-wide practice.
My resume referenced plenty of related experience, so the off-script questions were mostly about my personality.
They didn't tip their hand as to how I did, or how competetive the opening was.
Both panelists were professional and friendly.
Interview process at Northrup Grumman was standard and in-line with aerospace and defense companies. Interviewers were friendly and responsive throughout the process. The Northrup Grumman process was transparent, clear, and appreciated.

I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (London, England)
Interview
Competence based interview, panel of two covering mixture of behavioural and technical competency based questions. Felt like a fair assessment, with a good amount of time allocated for the interview.
Interviewed over the phone. Interviewed claimed to be having a bad day and seemed disinterested or tired during the interview. This definitely effected the interview process and job placement. The other interviewer was much more attentive and communicative.
