I got invited to interview with Northrop after attending my school's career fair and adding my resume to their virtual database. They called me up a day or two later for an in-person interview while they were still on campus. It took a few weeks to a month to get the call after that. They asked mainly behavioral questions.

They also asked basic get to know you interview questions and left time for my own questions. I only have 1 interview in the process before I got hired for an internship, but the process may differ from each team.
