I applied through university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Tysons Corner, VA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Placed in a room full of interviewers at various tables and forced to interview with each person. After that we were made to sit down for a background screening and questioning. Follow-up interview consisted of meeting with SMEs who seemed indifferent to the process.
Very fast and well organized. I'm mainly a system administrator. I didn't get the job, for it became evident once the heavier technical questions started. I appreciated the transparency all along the process.

If funding and resources weren't a concern, architect a network from top to bottom that would satisfy as many CMMC controls as possible. Explain why I would use select vendors and/or appliances.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Messy and disorganized recruiters. Hiring Managers were good, technical team interview was strange, they seemed miserable. Completely ghosted me after the last round, even after follow up with recruiter. Not sure this is the best place to work just based on this experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Huntsville, AL) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online and recieved an email from
HR for a phone interview the following week. The interview was over the phone with a total of 3 hiring managers. It was very straight forward and casual. I received a call the next day from HR asking if I was interested in working with the company because they wanted to extend an offer. I received another call the very next day with an offer.
