Friend recommended me to recruiter. After a few months the recruiter called me to schedule an interview. Flew to the interview on site, went for a tour and then for the interview with the Hiring Manger. Interview went smooth, just past experiences question. After a few days received a verbal offer. Right now i'm in the process of receiving the formal offer.
