Total interview process took six weeks. Email from recruiter with 10 questions to a sewer via email. The interview process was pretty relaxed. Hour long phone interview with a panel of managers.

Tell me about a time you had to manage multiple projects at once. What is your greatest strength and how would that strength help you in this role. Tell me about a time you did not agree with something that management put into place and how did you handle it.
The jnterview process and hiring process took about 3 weeks, less structured than others. Still best to give responses in the STAR format. Try to be personable as they are looking for someone who is a good fit with the team as well.

I've had multiple positions I applied for and while some didn't work out. The managers are always easy going and seem to do their homework on the candidates. They ask alot of questions on your current background and coming from non aerospace they also want to look at personality
