Quick process. Panel of HR employees. Went to the information session and spoke with current people in the LA office. I received a call later that day and received an offer about a week afterward. The process was quick and simple.
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
The interview process was professional and well-structured. Interviewers asked thoughtful technical and behavioral questions and clearly explained the role, team responsibilities, and how the position contributes to Northrop Grumman’s mission.
