I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
The telephone interview was conducted professionally and the questions were relevant and appropriate. The interviewer had a relaxed approach which made it easy to communicate and no unexpected or unusual questions were asked. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I applied in March 2022. The interview process itself wasn't too bad (2 calls, traveled to meet in person), but rather the recruitment and applicant travel reimbursement. When I applied, I applied to a specific job posting that outlined the salary ranges based on the level. Level 1 was 53k - 97k, level 2 was 69k - 115k . I was offered the job as a level 2 but the salary offered was equivalent to the level 1 range posted. I discussed this with the recruiter, and it was an unfavorable overdrawn process of which I then rejected the offer. In addition to, I had to pay out of pocket for some of the travel expenses which were to be reimbursed. After consistently reaching out I recieved the reimbursement in September 2022(6 months later). I strongly would not recommend. I have not responded to other recruitment and interview requests by NG after this experience.
