Interview
I was brought into a room where there were two people: a director and a soon-to-be section manager. The director asked me more technical questions and the section manager asked me more situational-based questions. They also inquired about the classes I took, was taking at the time, and what I had planned for the future.
They concluded the interview by asking me if I had any questions. They thanked me, shook my hand, and got back to me within 2 weeks, if I remember correctly.
