Job interview was conducted the night after a career fair at Penn State Behrend. They were searching for an immediate hire, so the interview and hiring process moved very quickly.
Not too difficult. It was pretty relaxed. Mainly wanted to know about previous experience. Also wanted to know about classes. The interviewer was nice and it was a good experience.
It was a phone interview that lasted approx. 45 minutes. It started off with the hiring manager describing the position and what it is like working for them. Then I was questioned about my experiences and work behaviour
