Northside Collision interview questions

Manage informed me that he took the interview out of courtesy but wasn’t planning on hiring me which I find disrespectful to waste someone’s time like that instead of just saying no from the start. As a follow up during my interview, manager asked 2 employees to drive their personal vehicle to go pick up a customers vehicle and the employees responded, “We can’t take our personal vehicles since we weren’t reimbursed for gas last week to when we did the same thing” so you do what you will with this info.
