I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Sacramento, CA) in May 2011
Interview
Phone interview was very brief. It consisted of briefly referencing the resume, and then called in for a 1:1 interview. The 1:1 interview went through the basics of going more in-depth into the resume, talking about myself and skills. A follow up questionnaire was required to determine if I was a "right fit".

Interview

But, the product isn't terrible or outside my wheelhouse so I was interested in continuing with the process. I then failed their outdated "personality test", the type which has been debunked as completely ineffective, so the director of recruiting told me my candidacy was "on pause".
