Interview
They are basically trying to determine if you know what you are signing up for. They want to make sure your outgoing and will be a new fit. The second interview basically outlines your day to day activities and they do more of a job of selling the job itself. You get introduced to a few reps and they are pretty much the last line to say whether or not you get the job. If you don't act like a loaner and have a positive attitude, you have a good shot.

But, the product isn't terrible or outside my wheelhouse so I was interested in continuing with the process. I then failed their outdated "personality test", the type which has been debunked as completely ineffective, so the director of recruiting told me my candidacy was "on pause".
