Novitium Energy interview questions

Phone call followed with an in-person interview with co-workers and partners. On the phone, they asked about my qualifications and past experience, then in the actual interview setting, I met with co-workers and partners of the company. They invited me out to lunch after the interview as well. I got a job offer within a week from my interview.
