My interview experience at NoyMed involved three steps: HR, Chief Scientific Officer, and CEO with a current employee in the same role. Overall, it was pleasant and laid-back, but there were communication issues and feedback delays. The interviewers seemed disconnected, asking repetitive questions and revisiting topics. Feedback deadlines were also not met, leading to uncertainty.
No technical assignments were given.
In summary, while the process was positive, there were communication and efficiency issues that need improvement.
