Recruiter set up phone screen about a week after applying, asked a few STAR questions and said she'd send me info to the local hiring manager. Was ghosted after that.

I first completed a prescreen with a recruiter from Canada, and then I was invited to an in person interview at the Loveland office. The prescreen was quick, maybe around 20-30 minutes and the in person interview took about an hour.
